Mani Mani is delighted to offer you an easy return and exchange policy for any purchase(s) within 30 days of the delivery date free of charge. If the item you purchased does not fit you, you may easily return or exchange the item. To initiate a return or exchange, you may contact our customer service representatives. • The packaging of the item should not be damaged and its content should be intact, with no missing items.

• You must send the returned product back in its original box or a box of the same size.

• If the product protection tape is removed or damaged, your refund will not be accepted

• Under some circumstances, the shipment may get stuck at the customs. In this case, the customer is supposed to pay for customs fees.

REFUND

The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement.

SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped directly from our head office to your adress. The shipment will take 5-7 business days under normal weather conditions. Customers are responsible for the customs fees.

Damaged Item During Shipping

When you receive your order, please be sure that the package is not damaged during shipping. If you see any problem with the package, please request a damage report from the shipping company. If the item is damaged by the shipping company, you need to claim and prove the damaged part of the item.

Defective, Damaged or Wrong Item

When you open the package, if the item is damaged, defective or the wrong one, you may easily have it returned to us free of charge. In such cases, please do not hesitate to contact with us.
